Assessing and examining the case from all legal perspectives in order to identify the peculiar nature of each case and the applicable law provisions therein, in the light of the jurists' opinions and judicial precedents, pointing out the weaknesses and strength points in order to determine the expected output, and finally before filling the lawsuit, issuing a comprehensive written assessment including all aspects of the dispute and a conclusion with a recommendation whether to file the case or not according to the client's best interest.
